How do I reserve my seat?
You have two options:
- You can click on the Register Here! link below the tour you want to register for and complete the online registration with your deposit.
- Or you can give us a call at 419-884-7440 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to add yourself to a tour.
If the minimum guest to depart is not reached does the tour still go?
We want all our tours to depart, but sometimes the date is not right for us to have a departure go out. If we do not have enough guests to depart we will advise those on the tour and cancel and reschedule the departure for another date in the future.
How do I get the pricing and details for the tours?
You can click on Register Here! below each tour and see more details and highlights of each tour. And, as always, please feel free to reach out to us at 419.884.7440 or email@example.com to find out more about any departure and pricing for the tour.
Do you offer or include travel insurance on your tours?
We offer travel insurance with our prefered partner Allianz Travel Insurance on all of our multi-day departures. This is not included in the pricing, as it is an optional expense for all departures. The total will vary based on the tour pricing and the age of the client. This will be provided to you at the time of booking the tour.
If I see a tour that I really want to go on but am not able to go on the date(s) of the tour, do you do custom tours for small groups of people?
Yes! Our tours are completely customizable for you. If you see a tour and want to take a group of guests on a tour and change the itinerary, depart on different dates, etc. we can work with you to create your very own tour for your small group!
What are the cancellation policies for your tours?
Day Tours: after deposit, a 25% penalty of the total tour cost if you cancel prior to 31 days from departure – 30 days from departure the cancellation is 100% of the tour cost
Multi-Day Tours: after deposit, 61 days prior to departure, $100 per person plus any air cancellation, if air is included – 60-45 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost plus any air cancellation fees – 44 days to departure, 100% cancellation penalty plus any air cancellation fees
What payment types do you accept for the tours?
You can pay by credit card through the Register Here! link for each tour with this capability – American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa are all accepted. If you would like to pay by check you will need to call the office to register for the tour. Check payments need to be made out to Carson Travel and can be sent to: Carson Travel, Attn: Tours, 65 S Mill St Bldg B, Lexington OH 44904.
Are children welcome on the tours?
We love children, but the majority of our coach tours are built primarily for young adults and older. We do occasionally have tours that are built for families. We will note that in the tour title.
